As a member of the Business Operations team, Joel brings years of client and program management experience to Paradigm. He is hyper-focused on providing the smoothest onboarding experience for our clients, and he ensures exceptional client service through Paradigm’s sales, contracting, and implementation processes.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Joel honed his knack for developing trusting and valued client relationships at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC., where he partnered with Fortune 500 brands and global retailers to rollout marketing campaigns. Joel holds a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, where he studied Business Administration.
