Welcoming Our First CRO Jacob Wiggins

Before founding Paradigm, Joelle was a civil rights lawyer. Joelle’s legal background highlighted the consequences that can result from companies failing to consider diversity and inclusion early, and inspired her to found Paradigm.

Today, I am thrilled to share that Jacob Wiggins has joined Paradigm as our first Chief Revenue Officer! Jacob is an incredible leader whose passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and expertise in building impactful partnerships will be an incredible asset to our clients. 

Paradigm has spent the last seven years partnering with organizations to build more diverse, equitable, and inclusive companies. In the past two years, we’ve launched two products — Blueprint and Reach — that deliver our DEI analytics, strategy, and training offerings at scale. Paradigm clients are now using our more robust set of solutions to move beyond piecemeal DEI efforts to more comprehensive and ongoing programs. We want all organizations committed to DEI to be able to leverage Paradigm’s suite of solutions to analyze gaps, establish and implement impactful strategies, and track progress. In his role, Jacob will focus on building partnerships that allow our clients to do exactly that.

I can’t think of a better leader to help our clients realize their DEI goals. Jacob has led revenue teams at a number of fast-growing companies and has a wealth of experience building a strong go-to-market function. He’s also deeply passionate about our mission. Jacob started his career in a role focused on advancing underrepresented students in STEM. He created bridges between Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and large enterprises, and many of the students who were part of those programs are now in leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies. When we were discussing the possibility of Jacob joining Paradigm, he told me, “I’ve seen what’s possible when organizations approach diversity, equity, and inclusion work thoughtfully. Ten years after starting these programs, I am seeing people from underrepresented backgrounds thriving at some of the biggest companies in the world. At Paradigm, I’m excited to scale that impact to thousands of companies — and hundreds of thousands of people — around the world.”
