Preventing and Addressing Sexual Harassment

All Levels

We’ve reimagined sexual harassment prevention training with inclusion at its core. Our training helps you prevent harassment by fostering a culture where harassment isn’t tolerated and empowering people who witness or experience harassment to speak up if it does. We don’t only speak to would-be harassers, and we don’t only cover illegal or egregious behaviors. Instead, we consider that some people taking the course have experienced harassment, and we expand employees understanding of what constitutes harassment. The course combines videos from our experts, hypothetical scenarios, case studies, additional readings, and interactive elements.

Our training meets compliance requirements in all 50 states.

Feedback from past participants:

“I really appreciated this course, and it is the best sexual harassment training I have ever received. I really appreciate how it focused on impact, not just legal definitions.”

“This course was informative and gave me a better understanding of how harassment can show up in subtle ways, not just extreme cases. The real-life scenarios helped me see the importance of setting boundaries, speaking up, and supporting others. I’m leaving with a stronger sense of responsibility to help create a respectful and inclusive workplace.”

“This was a very thoughtful and comprehensive course on Sexual Harassment and how it may appear in the workplace, along with what to do if you experience or witness someone else getting harassed. Definitely the best training I’ve received from a workplace about Sexual Harassment.”

“This is honestly the most succinct and informative course I have taken on sexual harassment.”
