Engage in Dialogue vs Debate

Understand the benefits of engaging in dialogue vs. debate.

Action planning: reflect on a conversation that didn’t go well and what barriers learners experienced.

Adopt a Learning Orientation

Consider how a learning orientation can improve humility, respect, and openness.

Action planning: discuss strategies to bring a learning orientation to interactions with colleagues.

Learn how to use challenges to foster growth.
