Leadership
Leadership
Executives & Managers

A wealth of research shows what many effective leaders know — the right culture is key to the execution of a good strategy. While every employee contributes to culture, leaders have a uniquely important role to play. Paradigm has developed a proprietary Inclusive Leadership Framework based on decades of research about what leads to high-performing cultures where employees feel included, and thus empowered to do their best work.  Our framework includes four pillars: Objectivity, Belonging, Voice, and Growth. This training is designed specifically for people leaders, and we also have a version for individual contributors.

Training Includes:

  • Research
  • Self Reflection
  • Discussions
  • Activities
  • Action Planning
