High-Level Outline

Landscape & Business Case

We start the session by aligning executive teams around key benchmarks in culture, how it is influencing business outcomes in other organizations, and how innovative leaders are approaching it. We then consider the business case: whether leaders care about innovation, performance, risk-mitigation, or simply attracting and keeping the best people, the research is clear—culture is an asset. We share research and case studies, equipping leaders with the knowledge and context to not only understand the business case, but also champion culture as a business priority.

Inclusive Leadership

We then consider leaders’ role in cultivating culture through the lens of Paradigm’s four-part Inclusive Leadership Framework: Objectivity, Belonging, Voice, and Growth. We share actionable strategies leaders can use to cultivate inclusion within their organizations.

Action Planning

We engage leaders in applying learnings, and work with each other to identify specific next steps for advancing culture in the organization.
