To bring a sustainable, inclusive culture to life, every employee needs to lead the charge. Paradigm’s Inclusive Leadership Framework considers how all employees can play a role in leading on inclusion. The framework includes four pillars: Objectivity, Belonging, Voice, and Growth. This training is designed to equip employees of all levels with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to be leaders on inclusion, ultimately contributing to a healthier, more effective culture where people from all backgrounds can thrive.

Introduction

Discuss the science of inclusion and how it benefits people, teams, and companies, and introduce Paradigm’s Inclusive Leadership Framework.

Action planning: Align on how every employee can be a leader in promoting an inclusive environment.

Objectivity

Consider how unconscious bias prevents equitable decision-making and how this can influence important people-related decisions.

Action planning: Build skills for managing bias to promote equitable, objective decisions.

Belonging

Discuss how belonging boosts engagement, collaboration, performance, and retention, and consider barriers that undermine belonging.

Action planning: Identify strategies for fostering a culture of belonging.

Voice

Consider how voice and psychological safety influence individual and team outcomes.

Action planning: Develop skills for creating an environment where everyone’s ideas are heard and valued.

Growth

Discuss how creating a growth mindset culture can promote inclusion.

Action planning: Identify strategies for fostering a growth mindset environment.
