A sense of belonging is important to people’s health, happiness, and well-being. In organizations, it also affects engagement, performance, and retention. In this training, we empower people with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate and contribute to inclusive, high-performing work environments. In each training, we share specific examples of how barriers can limit inclusion and belonging and offer actions participants can take to find evidence that they belong within their organization and help create a sense of belonging for their colleagues.

Help participants recognize their own mindset, understand how it impacts their work.

Action planning: Learn strategies for developing a growth mindset.

Fostering a Growth Mindset in Others

 Identify behaviors that promote a growth mindset in others.

Action planning: Develop skills for growth-oriented feedback that will help foster colleagues’ growth mindsets.

Infusing a Growth Mindset Into Team Culture

Share implications of fixed and growth mindsets for collaboration, teamwork, and performance.
