Consider case studies and review research on effective ERGs and discuss how ERGs can effectively operate by generating interest in their group, refining their structure and operating principles, engaging members and key stakeholders, and measuring impact. | Work in groups to make progress on recommended strategies, like articulating clear roles and responsibilities for all ERG stakeholders or identifying ways to measure impact of ERG initiatives.
Engage participants in a final activity around effective goal setting and end with making commitments to take action.
