One of the key drivers of high-performing teams is a culture that prioritizes employee voice. Teams perform better when people feel comfortable speaking up, and when they feel heard and like their voices are valued. We frequently interact with colleagues in meetings, so if we want to build a culture that prioritizes employee voice, we need to thoughtfully design and run meetings. This tactical workshop helps participants understand the value of improving meetings, the barriers to effective and inclusive meetings, and concrete strategies to have better meetings.
