A growth mindset is the belief that abilities and talents are malleable rather than fixed traits. Research shows that many of the qualities that make people effective at work—pushing yourself, taking risks, and staying resilient in the face of setbacks—are more common in people with a growth mindset. Teams with a growth mindset are also more inclusive and less influenced by bias. Our growth mindset trainings are designed for teams that want to foster inclusion and mitigate bias, while also creating a learning environment that inspires people to take thoughtful risks, engage with challenges, and build resilience.
