A culture for everyone is one in which people from all backgrounds, geographies, cultures, identities, and life experiences: are evaluated fairly, are treated with respect, feel a sense of belonging, and have an opportunity to do their best work. | Reflect: If you have been a part of a great culture, consider what was happening in that environment to make it great.
