Participants in this training will learn about key concepts related to workplace culture and reflect on their personal motivations and challenges for doing this work. This training will discuss obstacles around inclusion—knowledge about diversity, equity, and inclusion, difficult conversations on identity, and benefits of embracing mistakes. This training is designed for people, HR, and culture leaders to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to build and sustain inclusive teams.

Discuss the business and moral case for championing culture in the workplace. Consider the barriers for inclusion, and the resources participants have available to mitigate the impact of these barriers by weaving inclusion into managing team dynamics.
Discuss how to define and identify subtle interactions in team dynamics that contribute to the retention of employees from underrepresented backgrounds. | Draw on case studies to consider how quantitative and qualitative data can identify gaps, prioritize areas of focus, and measure impact.
