Talia Bender

Talia is a facilitator on Paradigm’s Learning Team. She brings experience in training and facilitation, leadership development, employee engagement, and coaching. She thrives within the intersection of people and systems and is passionate about cultivating environments of learning and inclusivity.

Talia’s experience also includes working in the education non-profit space, building an employee development function at a global sports and entertainment company, consulting HR leaders on employee retention and engagement challenges, and executive coaching.

Talia holds a master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University. She is also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
