Rebecca Elguindi

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, Rebecca brings more than 7 years of direct sales and partnerships experience to Paradigm. In previous roles, Rebecca has worked with high-growth SAAS start-ups of various stages to build and scale their business development and partnership strategies. Through these experiences, Rebecca has excelled at fostering lasting customer relationships, project management, and developing new processes and sales strategies.

In recent roles, Rebecca uncovered her true passion for improving diversity, equity, and inclusion through working with top technology companies to hire employees from historically excluded backgrounds. Rebecca’s excited to build off her experience working in the diversity and inclusion space and integrate her sales background to support Paradigm’s expanding partner ecosystem.

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy & Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
