As a member of the Business Operations team, Israel (He/Him/His) combines his two passions: client services and diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is enthusiastic about evolving organizational cultures and empowering individuals to prioritize diversity and inclusion in their everyday life. At Paradigm, Israel will focus on providing the smoothest onboarding experience for our clients through Paradigm’s sales, contracting, and implementation processes.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Israel spent his time working in marketing, politics, and tech organizations with the main goal of helping people. In his last role, Israel revitalized the DE&I Task Force for Countable and helped push forward a company-wide culture advancement.
Israel holds a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, where he studied business administration. When he’s not working, Israel loves to spend time with his two pets — a Boxer and a Guinea Pig — and going on hikes.
