Angela is passionate about helping organizations empower leaders and drive meaningful change that cultivates a culture where everyone can thrive. As a Senior Consultant at Paradigm Strategy, she works with organizations to build and refine Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs, and supports ERG leaders in strengthening their leadership skills and influence. She facilitates workshops on workplace culture and allyship, and designs long-term learning journeys that equip leaders and teams with the knowledge and skills to embed and sustain inclusive strategies in their organizations. Additionally, Angela advises executive teams and committees to build and implement custom cultural strategies, multi-year roadmaps, and supportive initiatives.
Previously to Paradigm, Angela led large-scale inclusion training programs and advised global clients on leadership and culture strategies. Her expertise in scaling initiatives, managing complexity, and fostering collaboration has made her a trusted advisor in organizational change and leadership development.
Beyond consulting, Angela has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, designing transformative programs and events, and developing sustainable partnerships in the arts and nonprofit sectors. She graduated from Rutgers University.
