Ryan brings years of consulting and business strategy development experience to Paradigm. He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies in different industries to leverage data analytics to inform organizational strategy and decision-making. At Paradigm, Ryan is a member of the Strategy & Insights practice, focused on helping clients transform their diversity, equity, and inclusion programs by using data to identify barriers and craft tailored programs that will achieve measurable impact.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Ryan worked for the global HR consulting firm Mercer, where he held consulting, strategy, and HR management roles. At Mercer, he partnered with executive leaders to develop and implement solutions around talent, culture, and business strategy issues. This included organizational redesign, change management, leadership communications, Employee Resource Group development, market analysis, and workforce compensation strategies.
Ryan served in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician and Intelligence Analyst, and he holds a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
