Melanie’s career has been dedicated to helping companies improve workplace culture. As the leader of Paradigm Reach, she makes best-in-class learning on creating a culture for everyone accessible to companies around world.
Prior to Paradigm, Melanie developed products using natural language processing and AI to help leading companies quantify and understand experiences and challenges in their workplaces. She has been invited to speak about her innovative work at Stanford Business School and national conferences and has partnered with AnitaB.org to incorporate workplace experience data into their Top Companies for Women Technologists program.
Melanie received her MBA from Stanford Business School and MA and BA from Stanford, where she was a Mayfield Fellow. In addition to her academic studies in technology, entrepreneurship, business, and music, Melanie is a cellist. During her year as a Fulbright Scholar in Italy, she was appointed co-principal cellist of a national orchestra.
