As a Customer Success Manager on Paradigm’s strategy team, Elea ensures a seamless experience for our Blueprint and strategy consulting clients.
Elea’s expertise lies in cultivating long-term partnerships with a high level of cross-organizational collaboration to drive outcomes. Elea has supported Paradigm’s engagements with high growth companies across industries including the NFL, Rivian, GE, Permira and Samsara.
Prior to Paradigm, Elea spent 5 years at a social impact B-Corp, helping launch their partnerships and business development team and building deep relationships with the top tech, venture capital, and Fortune 500 companies. While there, she fostered partnerships to raise capital, deepen engagement, and create jobs for diverse engineering talent.
Elea holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Health Behavior and Health Promotion.
