Diego has worked with companies across industries, including Uber, Nike, Weil Gotshal & Manges, Le Creuset, and Fair Trade International. Before his current role, he led professional development initiatives at the American Sociological Association and taught sociology at Northwestern, Georgetown, and American University. He holds a doctorate in Sociology from Northwestern University.
