Tiffany brings more than nine years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, and curriculum design. As a consultant on the Training & People Development team, she loves partnering with clients to build a holistically inclusive mindset of equity and access. Tiffany is passionate about connecting theories of socialization to our shared understanding of belonging: prior to Paradigm, she worked in the nonprofit sector to bring social change to communities in East Africa and higher education institutions in the United States.
Tiffany’s pedagogical curiosities intersect with wellness and popular culture (cultural studies and Black/hip-hop feminism). She approaches her work to raise social consciousness through embodied connections to personal narratives, believing these are the moments for learning and transformative change. Tiffany has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from DePauw University and a master’s degree in Cultural Foundations of Education with a Certificate of Advanced Study in Women’s and Gender Studies from Syracuse University. In addition to her work at Paradigm, Tiffany is a 200hr-certified yoga teacher and transformational life coach with a vision to bring wellness practices to intergenerational communities of color.
