Angela brings years of strategic communications and reputation management experience to diversity and inclusion. She has helped numerous Fortune 500 technology clients redefine their diversity and inclusion strategies through extensive qualitative research, partnership identification and evaluation, and solutions to refine messaging. Angela has also supported clients in uncovering gaps in diversity and inclusion initiatives, and developing strategies to address those shortcomings. In addition to her broader consulting work at Paradigm, Angela acts as a thought partner to our clients in developing effective internal and external communications related to their diversity and inclusion strategy.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Angela worked for a global PR firm, where she developed strategies for clients to connect with key audiences, elevate their brands, and navigate crises. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
