As part of the Training & People Development team, Victoria is committed to helping others to increase their self-awareness and foster more diverse, inclusive workplaces.
Over the past 12 years, she has been deeply entrenched in equity, inclusion, and social justice education in a variety of roles. Prior to joining Paradigm, Victoria was faculty and a student affairs professional in higher education, where she facilitated countless workshops, dialogues, and sessions related to social justice pedagogy, diversity, inclusion, and human development.
Victoria holds a doctorate in human development; she focused her doctoral studies on racial justice, critical race theory, whiteness, systems theory, and organizational development. She also holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies from Clark University, and a master’s in Higher Education Administration from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
