Veronica is a dedicated learning and development practitioner who is passionate about creating cultures where people of all identities feel a strong sense of value, psychological safety, and belonging. As an empathetic and compassionate disruptor, she is committed to centering the voices of those who hold identities that have been historically marginalized by creating opportunities for growth through conversations around inclusion, intersectionality, empathy, and equity. Veronica’s diverse professional background includes women’s reproductive and sexual healthcare advocacy, NGO and non-profit work, higher education, and the tech scale-up landscape.
As the Learning Experience Designer at Paradigm, Veronica is passionate about creating accessible and scalable opportunities for people to engage in full-spectrum learning across diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
Veronica holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from George Washington University, a graduate certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a certificate in Women’s and Gender Studies from Ohio University. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling the world, and enjoying a craft beer or two.
