Trudy manages Paradigm REACH, our eLearning platform that enables organizations to deliver engaging, relevant, and impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion training to their employees.
Before joining Paradigm, Trudy was a Learning Design Manager at Cengage, where she led a team responsible for achieving successful learner outcomes through strong instructional design based on learning science and strategic customer research. Before that, Trudy built up a wealth of expertise as a Content Development Manager and Managing Editor, supporting key revenue-driving products by maintaining roadmaps and schedules, orchestrating the work of subject matter experts, and refining processes and workflows to bring the highest level of quality to the creation of educational content.
After two decades in the publishing and educational technology industries, Trudy is passionate about lifelong learning and how it can be leveraged to improve people’s lives and to create a more equitable world.
Trudy holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in Publishing Studies from the University of Stirling, Scotland.
