As a Data Scientist at Paradigm, Thomas uses his background in data analytics and research to uncover insights and patterns in data. His passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion comes from his time researching topics related to workplace racial representation, identity, and leadership perception in graduate school. Prior to joining Paradigm, Thomas worked as a data scientist at Fannie Mae, where he helped the company’s efforts to create affordable mortgage products that would better serve low income borrowers.
Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) where he was trained as an organizational psychologist. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
