Samantha is an experienced talent and career development professional who has a passion for coaching and career growth. She has held various roles within HR, recruiting, and career development in the oil & gas, non-profit, higher-education, and healthcare industries.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Sam led HR initiatives focused on process improvement, recruitment and retention at the University of Pittsburgh. Sam has experience developing sourcing strategies, training programs and employee referral programs. She has also been the HR liaison for employee resource groups and for internship programs.
Sam holds a master’s degree in public management with an emphasis on analytics, policy, and leadership from Carnegie Mellon University.
