Lisa is passionate about partnering with innovative companies to build equitable, inclusive cultures where people from all backgrounds have a voice, feel valued, and can thrive.
At Paradigm, Lisa is part of the Training & People Development team. She supports clients in their diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, and designs and facilitates training programs for their leadership and employee teams.
Lisa brings years of experience working with the Learning Design Network (LDN) to develop and facilitate innovative experiential learning programs for Fortune 500 companies focused on employee engagement, inclusive cultures, strategy, and behavioral change to her work at Paradigm. Prior to working at LDN, Lisa was a brand and marketing consultant at TrueBrand, LLC, and she was a strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Lisa is also a course facilitator for the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD executive education program, where she coaches executives around the world to be more effective and innovative change leaders in their organizations.
Lisa holds a master’s from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, a bachelor’s from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
