Kristin is an organizational development practitioner who is dedicated to creating measurable impact by guiding individuals and groups to success. She brings years of experience in human resources and project management to Paradigm’s Training & People Development team. Using a collaborative approach to creating learning and talent strategies, Kristin helps companies develop and advance their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals and builds change management capability to ensure sustainable results.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Kristin led global initiatives related to leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and compensation design in the financial technology and consumer goods sectors. She has partnered with senior executives across the globe to identify and implement highly customized solutions to meet qualitative and quantitative goals.
Kristin holds a master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College.
