Kirsten works with Paradigm’s clients to ensure we deliver best-in-class service to meet each organization’s unique needs. She also collaborates with partners to expand Paradigm’s footprint and scale our impact.
Kirsten has spent her career focused on the customer, managing teams across Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development. Before joining Paradigm Kirsten spent seven years at Box. During that time she managed partnerships, drove business development efforts, built and led customer success teams, and managed the Sales Development team after serving as an early salesperson herself. Most recently, Kirsten has focused on growing Box’s relationships with key partners, including the launch and operationalization of the massive partnership between Box and IBM. She is passionate about helping women in business and spent many years as a leader in the Box Women’s Network, helping found the group and serving as its global co-chair.
Kirsten graduated Stanford’s Graduate School of Business as a Sloan Fellow (MSx) and spent much of her time at Stanford exploring the topic of increasing diversity and inclusion in organizations.
