Kevin’s career is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel excited about showing up to work, and that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company culture shapes that experience. As a director on Paradigm’s Learning team, Kevin leads a world-class facilitation team and delivers executive workshops, executive coaching programs, as well as strategic advising engagements.
In this role Kevin has worked across industries and company sizes, from startups poised to change the world to well-established multinational Fortune 500 companies. Kevin considers it an absolute pleasure to bring Paradigm’s Inclusive Leadership framework to his clients while helping them incorporate strategic priorities to drive impact at their companies. Legrand, Eide Bailly, HDR, NPR, Akin Gump, Antares, Troutman Pepper, and Bluepoint Games are among those Kevin has worked with closely.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Kevin built a two-decade long career in DEI spanning roles in academia, professional sport, Fortune 500, and consulting firms. In these positions, he helped establish award-winning inclusion initiatives by leveraging his expertise in training and development, strategic DEI plans, inclusion data, as well as national and global program development. Kevin holds a master’s in administration and leadership with a focus in diversity and inclusion.
