Jonea works to meet the needs of the future workforce through her passion for creating diverse, inclusive, and equitable workspaces. She believes that the best organizations are those that prioritize equity for every employee, as it allows authenticity and maximizes the spread of the ideas, perspectives, and fresh concepts needed to drive our communities forward. As part of Paradigm’s Organizational Strategy & Transformation team, Jonea works to break down DEI research into impact-focused initiatives for our clients.
Prior to Paradigm, Jonea worked as a consultant specializing in change management for large scale mergers, technology implementations, and general organizational change. Jonea is a Posse scholar and a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. While on campus, she was heavily involved in extracurriculars that fostered her desire to create genuine relationships with those around her including the Admissions Student Diversity Board. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland.
