Jessica is Director of Customer Success and brings over 10 years of account management and customer success to Paradigm. Jessica leads a team focused on the success and satisfaction of Paradigm’s Blueprint and Reach customers. Jessica and her team partner directly with customers to help achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value they receive from Paradigm’s DEI products and services.
In previous roles, Jessica led global Saas teams while driving process, documentation, and technology to deepen customer relationships and improve organizational efficiency. She is passionate about bringing value to customers and colleagues in their day-to-day lives through operations, enablement, open conversations, and laughter.
