Elisa is passionate about making workplaces more diverse and inclusive. As part of Paradigm’s Training & People Development team, Elisa uses her experience as a former Labor and Employment attorney who spearheaded numerous diversity initiatives to help Paradigm’s clients create more inclusive workplaces. She knows that one size does not fit all when it comes to organizational strategies, and takes the time to understand her clients and ensure that the solutions she proposes fit her their unique needs and priorities.
In addition to practicing law prior to joining Paradigm, Elisa led several high-profile initiatives to make the legal field more diverse. Working with the non-profit, Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) – Law Department, Elisa co-launched a national program that provides underrepresented students across the country with free assistance in their applications to law school. She has also volunteered with the New York City Bar Association’s Diversity Pipeline Initiative, where she organized several citywide events to help create a pipeline for underrepresented students into the legal field.
Elisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School. She has been certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) as an Associate Professional in Human Resources.
