Camellia Marazzi

Camellia brings years of human resources and people operations experience to Paradigm. She has a successful track record of leading the execution and administration of human resource processes, initiatives, and programs within diverse organizations of various sizes in different industries. She has specific expertise in performance management, employee relations, total rewards, and human resources regulations and compliance.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Camellia managed Sylvan Road’s HR department. She partnered closely with the C-suite, members of the leadership team, and managers on human resource change initiatives, structures, processes, and systems. She coached new and experienced leadership through complex strategic and operational challenges.

Camellia holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, where she studied Business Administration and she is a certified Professional in Human Resources.
