Aya Yagi

Aya approaches diversity and inclusion through an interdisciplinary perspective, drawing on experience in the arts, education, and social sciences. She honed her research skills at Research for Action, an education nonprofit that focuses on education reform initiatives for traditionally underserved students, and at the University of Pennsylvania Sociology Department as a research assistant. At Paradigm, Aya supports our Consulting team in designing and implementing effective diversity and inclusion strategies, and in designing high-impact training.
