Andrew is a Social Science researcher with a background in mixed-methods studies and research design. As a Data Scientist at Paradigm, Andrew’s goal is to apply a range of statistical techniques to answer people-centered questions that fuel strategic recommendations. His previous experiences range from managing multiple research projects, designing studies, collecting data, and developing measurement and statistical methods to answering complex questions using various computational tools.
Before joining Paradigm, Andrew attended Stanford University where he obtained a PhD in Political Science with a specialization in Comparative Politics and International Relations. His research interests include the nature of change in the global political community and the complex character of processes such as globalization, ethnic conflict, development, colonialism, and systemic racism. While at Stanford, Andrew worked as a research assistant and facilitated several courses with a focus on international relations and politics.
