As Paradigm’s Content Marketing Manager, Allison utilizes her research and writing expertise, experience in working cross-collaboratively amongst teams, and drive to create compelling content around diversity, equity, and inclusion topics to develop a multi-faceted content strategy.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Allison has been a Content and Marketing Manager for SaaS companies: a startup focused on providing consumers and phone carriers with a caller ID and call protection solution from spam and fraud calls, and a company that provides world-class giving and engagement solutions to help organizations grow their communities. She’s developed both B2C and B2B content assets, managed editorial calendars for company websites, blogs, and social media channels, and tracked overall content marketing analytics to help maintain the optimization of the company brand across all channels.
Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Washington.
