Aditi Chakravarty


As an organizational psychologist and cultural researcher, Aditi specializes in diversity & inclusion strategy, talent development, and change management for high-growth organizations. She combines an extensive marketing & communications background from the technology sector with expertise in organizational behavior and data analytics to build cultural infrastructure that supports, amplifies, and sustains business impact. Her work as a diversity researcher at Harvard Business School focused on the mechanics of recruiting and retention practices and the implications of internal and external constructs of “cultural fit” on organizational diversity outcomes.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Aditi served as a consultant for CEB, now Gartner, where she designed and implemented comprehensive talent and change management solutions for a wide range of Fortune 500 companies. She also served as the recruiting leader of Gartner’s employee resource group Mosaic, managing a global team to improve Gartner’s recruiting and hiring processes. Aditi holds a master’s degree in adult development and organizational psychology from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from Barnard College at Columbia University.
