Erica Chandler

Erica brings seven years of sales experience to Paradigm’s sales team, along with a passion for DEI. She is focused on helping clients improve their DEI efforts by helping them choose the right programs for their company and assisting them with any questions that may arise.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Erica advanced her skill set at Loom, Reali, and the Hershey Company. She is a Los Angeles native, but also had stints in Charlotte, NC and Washington, D.C. She earned her degree in Psychology at Pepperdine University, Malibu. 

In Erica’s free time she enjoys traveling, painting, playing basketball and relaxing with friends and family! Her favorite thing to do is splurge on a delicious meal with her girls!
